About the position:

This is a full-time, MId/Second shift position with a multitude of benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k as well as paid vacation and holidays. The position is Monday - Friday with overtime on weekends as needed or extended shifts during the week. You will set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain a variety of digital press equipment including a HP 7600 and HP 12000 sheet-fed press. You will be responsible for making adjustments to the machines as needed. You will be expected to efficiently and effectively operate multiple machines simultaneously as well as preform daily/weekly/monthly preventative maintenance on the equipment. You will also be responsible for additional maintenance on the machines such as replacing worn belts, sensors, and motors and coordinating with field service engineers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair the equipment as needed. When needed, you will be required to assist on the production floor for various tasks. It will also be your responsibility to maintain quality control standards for all print being sent to the production floor.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Minimum 1.5 years experience in the print industry with digital printing equipment. Direct experience with HP digital printing equipment is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability and confidence to troubleshoot, maintain and repair damaged or malfunctioning equipment

Familiar with Mac and PC operating systems and comfortable using a computer

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening

Must be able to work safely, communicate well, and produce quality work at an efficient pace

Manage time well and prioritize tasks. Must be well organized and be able to maintain a clean working environment and maintain minimal waste

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, lift, and squat while loading, unloading and performing maintenance on machines

Ability to stand for a full shift

Ability to lift 50lbs consistently and up to 80lbs frequently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
