Data Integration Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Data Integration Analyst.Responsibilities: The Data Integration Analyst will ensure the revenue is accurately and timely recognized for your portfolio Responsible for the new contract reviews falling under your portfolio of Clients Provide the story behind your numbers Review supporting evidence (such as proof of delivery and signed contracts) to confirm revenue recognition is appropriate As a Data Integration Analyst, you will prepare and update accounting schedules to calculate ASC606 revenue Perform analytical reviews on the monthly Revenue Analytics and Balance Sheet reconciliations under your portfolio Clearly communicate to our internal partners on revenue trends and flux Assist with compiling and reviewing system/data conversion files for new acquisitions and/or system upgrade Assist with pulling supporting schedules for internal and external audit The Data Integration Analyst will engage with our internal stakeholders when there is an opportunity to improve our data and processes Other departmental projects as assignedREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a quantitative discipline 3+ years of experience working in an audit firm Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Alteryx is a plus Excellent knowledge of Excel Ability to work as a team Solid communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with peers and third parties Strong organizational skills, analytic skills, and attention to details Strong appetite and ability to learn new accounting expertise and BI tools Wish to get out of the traditional accounting functionThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
