Role : Business Data AnalystLocation : New York, NY – Hybrid (3 days onsite) Hire Type : Full-time with ATOS | Syntel Job Description:
- Requirement and Data analysis
- Analyze and document business and/or system flow, processes, procedures, and structures
- Work with the Operations Manager, IT business analyst, Underwriting, IT/Systems, Compliance and Finance
- Work with Marine Profit center team on report requests
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge (prefer Marine LOB i.e. Cargo, Liability, Hull & Inland Marine)
- Strong data analysis and able to generate report using SQL, Qlik Sense, Cognos, Power BI & Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups and complex functions/formulas
- Good understanding of Commercial Insurance Policy administration systems
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
