Application Support Analyst is part of the Services team who are in charge of implementing the compensation management platform across the customer base globally. This is a consultation position, and if you are passionate about enterprise software, designing and building applications for different purposes, this might be the right fit for you!

A well-established, strong and innovative company with a lot of room for growth. It is a "Total Compensation Management Software Solution" company. Key Focuses of the Client: Managing Compensation and Performance for HR & Sales. Description- Design and build applications for compensation management purposes
- Design and build appealing operational and strategic reports and dashboards
- Build interfaces: Implement reusable connections/connectors to source systems
- Understand specific business requirements and transform them into repeatable, standardized solutions via software configuration
- Effectively use cloud platform on sales performance, benefits management & compensation
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support field
- Client facing consultation experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS
- Self-confident to drive conversations with stakeholders
- BS degree in business information technology, computer science or any related fieldPlus:
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, and/or SalesForce
- Knowledge of HR compensation and/or Sales Performance Management
