NORC is looking to hire fully vaccinated (as defined by current CDC guidance) and personable individuals as Telephone Interviewers. Once you complete training and have demonstrated that you can perform the job successfully (typically 4 to 8 weeks after training) then you can work from home, as long as you have access to high-speed internet and a secure work area with a dedicated phone. Telephone Interviewers not interested in working from home are welcome to remain working on-site and continue to enjoy the FREE coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the break room.
