Self Storage Part time Maintenance- 3 days a week

Locally owned Self Storage Company looking for a part-time maintenance manager for 3 days a week (on-call for maintenance emergencies or additional hours as needed).

Opening is June 1st. Criminal/credit background required. Positions are ideal for people looking for a 2nd job, part-time, retired, or need a job for a few days. Must be able to handle lifting of storage doors, site clean up, general maintenance skills, painting, gutter cleaning, office and bathroom cleaning and maintenance, able to use power tools and sweeping units. Interacting with the general public and have excellent customer service skills. Must be a self starter with site tasks. We are a drug free company.
