Local property management firm looking for a team member to join our company. Real estate license preferred but not required
Qualifications:
Best in customer service to assist in the day to day demands of our clientele
Organization and self-motivation skills
Experience with Office 365 applications
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Answering phone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, keeping of logs, and preparing communications.
Overseeing maintenance calls and implementing work orders
Conduct follow-up activity as needed with vendors, residents, and guests to establish and maintain positive customer service
Maintain positive working relationship with residents, vendors, and contractors
Assist with creating weekly reports for arrivals, departures, and housekeeping workorders
Responsible for emergencies at the property when the manager is not present
Assist in the handling of resident service requests and various concerns as required
Occasionally, walk and inspect properties, as needed
Available to work Monday through Friday from 9-5pm and weekends as needed
