Position: Project manager with Smartsheet.Location: Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NMDuration: 12+ monthsNeed experience in Smartsheet. Contractor project management activities include but are not limited to managing scope, requirements, schedules, the project team, stakeholder and executive steering communication, change, risks and issues, budget and vendor management. Contractor will facilitate and lead meetings as appropriate and will develop and distribute minutes and agendas for same meetings. Contractor will develop appropriate artifacts and documentation to manage assigned work to success in the formats agreed upon by the Procuring Agency and stored in a mutually agreed upon repository. Project artifacts include but are not limited to project charters, overall project plans and sub-plans, task assignments and schedules, product and sprint backlogs, risk and issue logs, project status dashboards, entity relationship diagrams, workflow diagrams, budget tracking sheets, responsible, accountable, consulted and informed (RACI) matrices, procurement documents, and organizational and project team diagrams.Contractor will perform business analysis activities while working closely with Procuring Agency staff to confirm, validate and update requirements for the web development. Contractor will conduct business process consulting and analysis services related to web development. Activities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the discovery phase: documenting “personas” for all key roles and groups, documenting current state of the business using cross-functional mapping, documenting entities and relationships, gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Leading testing and operational deployment phases: creating test plans to validate solution meets documented requirements, developing operational deployment plans that meet organizational change management and training needs of the business.

Contractor will develop the business process consulting and analysis artifacts in formats appropriate for theirfunction, agreed to with Procuring Agency and consistent across the program. Artifacts will reside in a repository accessible by the team and agreed upon with the Procuring Agency.Contractor will manage the web development effort using Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
