We have an immediate opening for office manager assistant. You must be computer competent (including use of MS Word and Excel), have a basic knowledge of bookkeeping, be familiar with spreadsheets and other standard office processes, including filing and organizing computer files, and possess a customer service style to interface with our clients.
Other duties include - Preparing construction related contract documents, reviewing financial spreadsheets, and preparing owner invoices.
Skills: You must be organized, capable of multi-tasking, have basic knowledge of general construction, office administration and bookkeeping.

This position requires full time in-office work.
COMPENSATION: Negotiable dependent upon experience.
