Lead-line cook - pm shift

Must have experience working in a kitchen as a line cook.

The right candidate for this position is fast on the line, accurate in reading tickets/ preparing the meals and can work in a team environment. Responsibilities include setting up for service including creating the specials list, cooking at the kitchen line, cleaning up station after shift closing. Joe's Dining is an established full-service restaurant, we prepare meals from scratch, buy many ingredients from local suppliers and farmers.
