Job Information

IT Specialist is expected to work full-time, minimal 40 (“forty”) hours per week. May require evening or weekend work.

Locations: Las Cruces, NM

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week). May require additional hours, evenings, and/or weekend work.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our IT team. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who is able to perform the day to day IT department responsibilities, while ensuring compliance with cyber security guidelines and industry best practices. The candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, as well as organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

The candidate may be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:

· Provision, install, operate, and maintain hardware, software, and related infrastructure.

· Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.

· Maintain hardware inventory and software library licenses.

· Follow department procedures and establish new procedures as needed.

· Provide reports and analytics to management.

· Assist employees with IT hardware, software, and configuration issues.
