Average pay per month $1500-$2000 for Part-Time Schedule.
This is a 1099 Contractor position.
Well established company has immediate openings for inspectors. Determine occupancy on properties, answer a brief questionnaire and take photos in an app on your smart device. Each inspection takes an average of 5-20 minutes.
Android operating system of 4.0 or newer OR 8 IOS
A personal computer and access to Wi-Fi connection, Color Printer
Reliable transportation for field inspections (vehicle) with up-to-date license/registration/insurance
Ability to pass background check; no criminal charges
