Customer Service Representatives are responsible for screening and interviewing respondents over the phone. No sales or quotas! They talk to people from all walks of life to obtain information on issues such as health care, employment, and education. The data collected provides insight for informed decisions and contributes to a better understanding of important issues facing American society.

Start working on-site to receive hands-on training and mentorship while learning the job. We offer excellent starting wage of $15.00 per hour for English speakers and $15.50 per hour for Spanish/English bilinguals. Choose to work part-time hours between 20-28 hours by selecting from a variety of evening and weekend shifts.
