Job Title: Technical Project/Program Manager Duration: 6 months + CTHNo C2C Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ Required Pay Scale: $65 - $75 pay rate per hour Job Summary:
- The role will act as an Engagement Manager and will interface between the SLT, product leads, and the TLT.
- Requires 5-7 years of experience for Jr level and 7-10 years of experience for SR level.
- Looking for project managers who can think outside the box and are capable of rolling up their sleeves to work on projects.
- Understanding of both business and project management is necessary working with project managers and TLT leaders.
- Knowledge of SDLC and infrastructure such as servers and firewalls is necessary.
- Financial background experience is a must.
- Moldable and trainable individuals preferred, and resistant to change will not be considered, need to be flexible.
- PMP certification is not important.
- An Engineering background is preferred due to their analytical thinking.
- Debit, Network, ATM, Risk, Digital, Data are the areas of focus.
- Knows what Dev to Test means.
- Experience with software, applications, and infrastructure is necessary.
- Agile Environment - Weekly status reports are not required; the project teams work together and prioritize work based on product leadership.
- The role involves working with product-based projects.
