One of our financial services clients is looking for Senior Cloud Data Engineer. It’s a full-time position with client.

Location: Weehawken, NJ – Hybrid Rank: Associate DirectorWe’re looking for someone like that to:• take ownership and drive deliveries within a supportive team environment• be comfortable within a fast moving Agile team • embrace the complex derivatives on the platform and enjoy the challenge of simplifying and rationalizing them• support US equities businessYour team: You will be part of the US Regulatory Reporting Crew that is responsible for providing the systems that ensure our Bank's compliance to various regulatory requirements. You will be providing the systems that support various US regulatory obligations such as FINRA CATS reporting.Your expertise: • a four-year bachelor's degree or the international equivalent • ideally 8+ years of proven experience in Cloud and streaming technologies.• big Data development and implementation• knowledge of Kafka/Flink will be added advantage.• Microsoft Azure & cloud Lake House, security, database, web services• Azure Data bricks, ADF & BI• Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server• loading from disparate data sets• experience designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting Hadoop• ability to translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design.• experience performing analysis of vast data stores and uncover insights.• experience maintaining security and data privacy.• able to create scalable and high-performance web services for data tracking• high-speed querying.• knowledge of Python and Postgres database awareness would be added advantage
