We believe in providing staffing solutions to address the current talent gap Right Talent Right Time Right Place Right Price and acting as a Career Coach to our consultants.Title: Independent Medical Education (IME) ManagerDuration: 12 months contract (Extendable)Location: Princeton Pike, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648Pay Rate: 51.00/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)Job Description:The IME Manager will work under the direction of an IME Lead and have the following responsibilities:Assist in review of medical education grant submissions for the assigned therapeutic areas against the approved medical education strategyHelp ensure compliance and quality of supported medical education activities within the assigned therapeutic area via tracking of outcomes and educational effectiveness:o Observe, monitor, and evaluate supported IME live and enduring/online activities for adherence to learning objectives, medical accuracy, fair-balance, and proposed outcomes levelso Assist with analysis of activity outcomesIn collaboration with IME Lead, develop and maintain oncology medical education resources including, but not limited to:o CME Digital Activity Guideso Quarterly educational outcomes infographics, highlighting key insights/metrics, unfilled educational gaps, and activity spotlightso Slide libraryMaintain calendar of live IME events for oncology activitiesAssist IME Lead in development of Request for Education (RFEs)Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with all internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholdersEvaluate opportunities for innovation, idea generation, continuous improvement, and process enhancements to continually evolve the Medical Education Department and enhance its value to the organizationMedical Education Provider Interfacing Activities:o Communicate with external Medical Education Providers on all grant-related information, to ensure receipt of project status reports, launch dates, outcomes reports within pre-established timelines and guidelines, resource tools and publicationsSkills Required:Advanced science degree preferred in the medical field, PharmD, PhD, NP or equivalent with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical, medical education and/or clinical environment. IME/Medical Education experience and proficiency in a grant management system preferred.Strong computer skills including SharePoint Online and MS Office 365 [Word, Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint, Outlook]Strong project management skills and ability to multitaskStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a matrixed organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detailDemonstrated track record of being a team playerCreativity and innovation displayed in past accomplishmentsAdditional Job Requirements:NoneWhy work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
