Position: Data Protection Endpoint Security Location: Newark, NJ (100% REMOTE) Type: Full Time Employment Rotational Shift: Resources need to be in different shifts to support customer across the globally Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the data protection product owner and team to execute product vision & strategy
• Successfully provide operational support for the portfolio
• Demonstrate successful subject matter expertise with the tool sets provided
• Successfully troubleshoot issues that are identified (identify root cause, research, resolve)
• Successfully implement approved changes and provide quality assurance validation
• Participate in agile sprint and release plans, ensure strategic alignment of work effort
• Communicate effectively to key stakeholders and associates
• Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices to meet quality/time to market targets

Skills / Qualifications:

• High degree of proficiency with end point security tools
• Ability to successfully execute changes and troubleshooting with the following technologies; Solid comprehension of Unix and Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Defender (Windows & MacOS)
• Pulse Secure VPN
• Zscaler
• RSA Secure ID
• Splunk queries and report writing Cisco Umbrella, Cisco AnyConnect
• Sentinel One End Point Solutions
• Palo Alto End Point Solutions
• Symantec DLP

Additional Skills Preferred

• Experience automating tasks with APIs or other coding languages a plus.
• As technologies change or new technologies are introduced, the operational support person will need to perform those responsibilities as well.

Experience:

• This will be a hands-on role and the candidate must feel comfortable working with the technology in a production environment
• 5+ years working in a network security role
• Technology certifications related to the toolset preferred
