ERP Integration Manager

Description Robert Half is seeking ERP Integration Manager candidates on behalf of a local organization with a new job opening. We need a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. We need our ERP Integration Manager to manage ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. Candidates should also be able to lead and analyze key process improvements and work with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. Don't wait - submit an application today!What you get to do every day- Outline and govern the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day risk management, issues, and project management- Partner with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems- Accountable for the growth and upgrade of ERP technical instructions and user documentation- Accountable for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization- Work together with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system- Direct with various organization employees to entirely train on processes and procedures of ERP- Customary status reporting to senior leadership- Get together with essential employees to label and put into practice functionality that provides operational improvements- Function as the point of escalation for any issues related to the resolving and researching day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, requests across the enterprise, and ERP systems Requirements - Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central- Dynamics Ax experience desired - You'll serve as key ERP configuration resource and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines- 7+ years of ERP implementation experience - You should consider this job if you have strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP - This position's most important task is to demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts - Can you lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions? - Experience with a minimum of 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects is required for success at this position- Resourceful project management background - Can you thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes?
