Maintenance Laborer - Outdoor position

Commercial Property Management Company looking for person or persons to fill Full Time, and/or Part Time Maintenance positions. Must be a reliable and dependable person. This open position requires no previous experience. This is an outdoor position.

Consists of mostly porter services: picking up trash and debris on the properties, as well as minimal landscaping such as blowing leaves, weeding, and minimal mowing. General property cleaning. Must be able to be OUTDOORS and lift 50lbs.

FT position is Mon-Friday 7am-4pm. PT position is Monday-Friday 7am-11am. Willing to work with schedules depending on your part time needs. All tools and materials needed for the job are provided.

We require the person applying have their own vehicle as they will be traveling from Property to Property within the Reno/Sparks area, with most being in Sparks. We offer a monthly gas reimbursement depending on the position filled. Must have a Valid Drivers License, and a Copy of Driving Record for the last three years, Proof of Registration and Insurance. Must also be able to pass a Drug test and Criminal background check.
