Jinya Ramen Bar is looking to fill these positions: Line Cook and Dishwasher, part time.

Line Cook Summary:

Prep and provide quality in all areas of food production of menu items and specials in accordance with standard and plating specifications. Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of work areas, equipment, and maintain inventory rotation.

Dishwasher Summary:

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
