Foreman Fence Installer

Foreman Fence Installer $23-$30/hr DOE

Employment type: Full-time

Has a minimum of 5 years Foreman fence installing experience

We install Wood, Vinyl, Ornamental and Chain Link fencing with year-round work schedule.

Job Duties include:

Manage, train and lead a crew of 2 or more laborers/installers

Verify that all parts, materials and tools needed for each job site are loaded on the truck prior to going to the

assigned job site

Ensure the specifications for the site have been met by the crew

Drive company truck to customer job sites and back

Add to or change the specifications of the installation based on input of the customer or as needed based on the confines of the environment

Complete administrative tasks such as completing Daily Foreman logs, Daily Vehicle Inspections, etc.

Be able to give direction and ensure that crew is following and maintaining company policy and standards

Maintaining safety requirements at the job site

Following company rules and regulations

Inspecting work trucks daily to ensure working properly and safely

Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers

Maintain a clean work area

Communicate effectively with the operations manager in discussing questions, concerns or issues that arise on job sites.

Attend and effectively communicate during occasional meetings with other foreman, managers, owners to discuss company progress, issues, etc

Work occasional overtime to complete jobs

Communicate changes and needs of jobs with a good attitude

Positively deal with daily changes in job schedules to meet deadlines
