Database Developer

In the role of Database Developer, you'll use your knowledge of database architecture to design, build, and develop systems. The ideal candidate would be a query writing expert who's passionate about operational development. This position is an opportunity for permanent employment, based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

Responsibilities· Using SQL skills to analyze existing code to determine performance and logical issues, and then to propose, test, and implement solutions· Determining and resolving root causes of reporting discrepancies· Developing innovative solutions to combine and report from data consolidated from new and legacy applications· Developing solutions to move data from physical servers to "the cloud" without disrupting the operational use of data during the transition. Requirements

Education & Skills·3-5 Years' experience with TSQL and related tools·1-3 Years' experience with .NET/C# and related tools·Sprint and scrum methodologies·Designing and optimizing transactional database performance and integrity·Developing and implementing data warehouses·Designing reporting and business intelligence solutions·Troubleshooting issues with existing SQL code
