Barista

$750 Sign On Bonus! $250 paid after 90 days of employment AND $500 paid after 180 days of employment

Baristas are responsible for providing guests with an excellent experience while preparing and serving beverages.

Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks

Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their coffee interests

Educating customers about the menu options

Opening and closing the station

Maintaining inventory

Keeping equipment clean and in running order

Basic food preparation and service

Key Requirements:

Positive, friendly attitude

Interest in learning how to make coffee and espresso drinks - we will train

Flexible schedule

Works well in during busy rush hours

Education/Experience:

Previous cash handling experience preferred

Previous Barista experience helpful - no required - we train new Baristas

Language Ability:

Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time (Up to 8 hours)

Reaching, bending, stretching, lifting up to 25lbs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a small space
