Backroom/Prep Staff

Description

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Responsibilities:

Answering telephones and taking accurate food orders and knowing when the order will be ready for pick up

Taking faxes and putting in order and highlighting

Calling customers if there are questions about orders

Accepting delivery orders and checking in and putting away

Stir soup pots when walking by

Take refrigerator and soup temperatures

Washing dishes in a timely manner

Empty Garbage Cans

Take boxes to recycle area

Prepping meat and cheese

Preparing bread for baking

Cut bread for sandwiches

Keep all floors swept and clean of debris

Keep dishes picked up from lines 1 & 2

Stocking the reach in’s from the walk in

Keeping front lines well stocked

Rotating stock

Cleaning equipment

Keeping area clean and well kept

OPERATING HOURS: 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
