Available shifts:#1: 6 am. to 2:30 p.m Eastern - Every 3rd weekend with a day off during the week.#2: 2:00 p.m to 10:30 P.M Eastern - Every 3rd weekend with a day off during the week.#3: 10:00 P.M to 6:30 a.m Eastern - Every 3rd weekend with a day off during the week. location: Omaha, Nebraskajob type: Contractsalary: $23 - 26 per hourwork hours: 7am to 3pmeducation: High School responsibilities:Required Skills - - strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues- Experience with Active Directory, account management, and password resets preferred- strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users- Experience supporting Virtual PCs (Citrix/AWS) Job Duties - - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat in adherence to all SOPs and procedures- Ensure that all interactions with customers are documented accurately in the ticketing system- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support or department while adhering to established procedures- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner- Follow all security and compliance protocols in order to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information- Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of the support provided- Utilize CSIRT experience to identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities- Perform Software installs for PC rebuilds, refreshes or new PC deployment Job Requirements -field preferred- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role- strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues- Experience with Active Directory, account management, and password resets preferred- strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users- Experience supporting Virtual PCs (Citrix/AWS)- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays- Experience with CSIRT and security incident response is a plus Experience with Service Now is also a plus.
