Job Overview: This position can expect varied days consisting of installing various window treatment products for the company. This is for primarily interior installation but will also help with occasional exterior products.

You will receive extensive training for this, but it also requires someone who is determined to see each project through to completion.

Time Management— This position, once fully trained, involves managing your own schedule and running your days without much oversight. You will be issued a company vehicle and tools, and are expected to run your day professionally and with our customer's satisfaction in mind.

Work Environment

Our technicians work in a fast-paced primarily indoor environment and occasional outdoor installations. Frequent travel through traffic conditions to customer worksites are very normal each day in company owned vehicles. Employees may be asked to assist with work around the warehouse if the workload requires it. Outdoor work is subject to weather conditions.

Physical Demands

This role does requires standing for long periods of time and frequent ladder use.

Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 75 lbs. may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of hand tools and common office equipment such as a keyboard, telephone, calculator, and copier.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, eligible for overtime. The normal workweek is Monday through Friday. It may rarely include Saturdays as needed.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to pass a drug screen, and criminal background check, and a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
