Area Field Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! This position will help to expand the Global Medical Response (GMR) family of brands in the Colorado & Kansas area by sharing the opportunities for career growth with talented caregivers in the community and be a part of the largest air and ground medical transportation company in the United States with more than 37,000 employees, including 26,000 clinicians and 11,000 support staff across most of the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. This person will be the Brand Ambassador and expert for the staffing needs and will build a pipeline of talent for GMR brands to ensure we can continue providing care at a moments notice to our patient community. Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to target and attract candidates using a variety of tools and techniques including personal networks, third party job boards, industry events, educational institutions, etc;
- Build relationships and talent pipelines with local community colleges, school systems and workforce resources to build awareness of the relevant position openings with the GMR family of brands;
- Demonstrate creativity, strategic long-term vision, and exceptional communication and organization skills to excel as a member of the Talent Acquisition team;
- Work in a blend of in-office and at-event schedule, and actively attend recruiting events with local or regional educational institutions, skilled labor training institutions, veteran employment agencies, and other various local or regional candidate sources;
- Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process to demonstrate recruitment effectiveness and to identify any gaps that need to be addressed; Driving an 'always on' recruitment strategy to fill scheduled new hire training classes;
- Collaborate with operations leaders (including business unit and regional leadership) and Field HR on recruiting efforts; keeps operation and talent acquisition leaders updated on recruitment results.
- 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a multi-business unit environment;
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or other ATS);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume along with resume database searches;
- Ability to travel to business units within the area is required on a frequent basis. Overnight travel may be required from time to time.
- Healthcare recruiting or experience is a plus
