Triage QA Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Triage Quality Assurance Analyst in Maryland Heights, Missouri (MO).Responsibilities include: Monitor orders fall out reports using various tools to isolate errors using tools like Splunk Analyze and triage the order fallouts, defects, issues in production, lower environments to identify root cause, and come up with the recommended solution/fix Communicate and escalate defects, issues to internal and external stakeholders/owners based on the criticality and priority Triage Quality Assurance Analyst will coordinate with cross application team, SMEs for defect triage, and identify root cause Follow up on to ensure and get timely fixes and resolutions Generate on demand defects reports from ALM and SPLUNK to effectively communicate the status Test and validate using various GUIs and API automation tools to recreate the issues and validate the fixes Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience and the needs of internal clients and projects Triage Quality Assurance Analyst will mentor and coach less experienced staff and encourage their development Lead continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document, maintain complex systems requirements for requests related to billing systems, and reporting needs Analyze system interdependencies, system requirements, risks, and risk mitigations that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products, services, processes, and/or support technologies Assessing and communicating impacts of systems changes, outages, and risks to the business Define, document, implement, communicate, track related systems rules, policies, and configurations Triage Quality Assurance Analyst will make recommendations based on data for process improvement and strategic business decision makingREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in API test automation tools like - SOAP UI and Postman 5+ years of experience in SQL & SPLUNK 5+ years of experience in Telecom Product catalog, order management, and billing systems (AMDOCS or CSG experience is preferred) Ability to write clear technical documentation for use by developers and testers Familiar with technology (inputs, outputs, and processing flows), and ability to clearly communicate that knowledge Use tools like JIRA to manage intake process and workload Ability to problem solve, identifying, and resolving complex issues as part of a team Ability to work under limited direction, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Strong leadership with ability to facilitate team consensus, interact with both leadership, and implementation teams Strong analytical skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Manage, validate and document any changes to the Billing system Ensure that all changes made to the Billing system are consistent with the approved change request and halts the changes if they are not consistent with said change request Ensure full compliance of all audit requirements Assure timely completion of all assigned projects and ensures that the results are of a consistently high quality and meets or exceed the business need Research and resolve ticket requests from end users that relate to billing issues Understand policies, procedures, practices for analysis of business performance, and impactKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
