Software Engineering Advisors (St. Louis, MO) Drive automation pyramid & integrate w/ CI/CD tools for continuous validation, as well as build well architected applications for Cloud utilizing deep comprehension of various d/base aspects, incl schema dsgn, optimization, & scalability. Identify code defects & collaborate w/ fellow dvlpers to address quality issues in product code. Identify bottlenecks & thresholds in existing code utilizing various automation tools incl Teradata, Scala & Java. Produce core code to back, middle, & front-end applications. Incidental domestic travel only. Virtualork from home benefit available. Reqs a Master's deg in Comp Sci or another IT-related field & 3 yrs of IT exp (or a Bach's deg in Comp Sci or another IT-related field, as well as at least 5 yrs of progressively responsible IT exp). All qualifying exp must incl: dsgng end-to-end data pipelines; web-based product architecture; dvlpg complex algorithms w/ Python; dvlpg APIs to support data retrieval from d/bases; & using tools such as Postgres, Hadoop, & SQL.
