Seeking Manager to be responsible for both BOH & FOH for a small staff 9 to 12 people. We seek an experienced industry professional who has been a first line manager, either GM, Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Lead FOH position for a minimum of two years. You will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, both BOH and FOH reporting to the owner of this multi-location concept. The ideal candidate will have strong kitchen credentials as well as an outgoing personality and service mentality to interact with guests and enthusiastically lead the FOH team.
We are open 5 days per week, Thursday through Monday. Thursday & Monday are evening service only, with both lunch and dinner service the other 3 days. No late night hours required as we close at 10pm. As the team leader expectations are for you to work a 40 to 45 hour week (restaurant only open 45 hours/week), 5 days, with Tuesday/Wednesday days off.
In return you will receive total compensation of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus company paid health insurance, 6 paid holidays and an additional one week paid time off, growing to two weeks after 1 year of employment.
