Senior Data Governance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Data Governance Analyst in Kansas City, Missouri (MO).Responsibilities include: Execute the organization's data governance operating model and collaborate with various business and technical teams to implement enterprise data policies and standards for the organization Monitor progress of Data Domain teams with respect to the rollout of data governance practices and provide education, training, and support as needed Senior Data Governance Analyst will ensure data aligns with regulatory requirements as needed Oversight and regular review of Data Domain Team deliverables related to data governance practices Partner with Data Owners and Data Stewards to develop workflows, dashboards, and automation of data governance activities within our data governance tools Partner with HR's Learning and Development team to curate and deploy Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Tool required training Senior Data Governance Analyst will act as an administrator and help train domain teams and consumers on the platform Drive adoption of and guide proper use of, features, and functionality available within the tool Manage internal data products, including reference data, metadata, data quality results, and SharePoint contentREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience in related field 5+ years of experience in the asset management industry, with strong domain knowledge of data management technology and operations 3+ years of confirmed experience working on a team engaged in data governance, data management, or data operations Demonstrated effectiveness working in a dynamic and high-paced environment Experience with data governance, metadata, data mapping, and data lineage tools, such as Collibra, Informatica, IBM I etc. Validated innovator and a strategic problem solver in the data governance space Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization in both verbal and written form Ability to approach and solve problems in an analytical and methodical manner Familiarity with data security and protection methodologies Comfortable with working in an agile work environment Ability to be proactive and collaborative in ambiguous situations Experience working with cloud technologies Experience in policy and standards development and maintenance Finance, Accounting or related education preferred Project Management, Agile and/or Six Sigma skills are a plus Experience with MuleSoft Any point Studio or BPMN are a plus Client requires a COVID-19 vaccination: Kforce grants reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities and/or for sincerely held religious beliefs, and in accordance with applicable lawKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
