Monarch Investment is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist to join our community in the Kansas City, through St. Louis, MO region and will work within a group of communities. Will have a base office at one of our communities.
The right person will ensure positive, effective relationships are built and maintained between residents and community staff under the direction of the Regional Marketing Director. They will organize and execute resident events for apartment communities, working closely with Property Managers and other site staff at each location. This person will additionally be responsible for community reputation management and assist in resident conflict resolution.Click here to apply

What we are looking for from the right candidate:
- BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service
- Able to travel within a 45-mile radius on a weekly basis, miles paid at federal rate.
