Project Lead System Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Project Lead System Engineers to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.Day to day responsibilities: Project Lead System Engineers will be responsible for the entire implementation process and drive definition of business needs Participate in daily stand ups Negotiates with architect on technical approaches Take a lead role on estimating with the team the size of the backlog items For large bodies of work, organizes the work into smaller stories (working with BA) Mentors Junior Developers, go over best practices Works with Scrum Master & Product Owner to ensure development team has a backlog of work As a Project Lead System Engineer, you will work with team to develop, implement, and enforce sprint lifecycle processes Explains technical items to SM and PO and Business as appropriate Performs and/or leads code reviews Project Lead System Engineers will be responsible for technical design Collaborates with the BSA on technical elaboration Responsible for technical design Works with Scrum Master & Product Owner to ensure development team has a backlog of work Responsible for the entire implementation process and drive definition of business needs At least 50% of Development Lead time spent writing codeREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Required Certifications: UiPath Software Skills Required: Pega Robotics, UiPath, Pega, Oracle, SQL server, MS AzureKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
