Data Integration Lead Location – Bridgeton, MO – onsite 4-5 days/week – once established there will be more flexibility – will allow 2-3 weeks to relocateDuration – 12+ months Data Integration Lead RequirementsIT Projects/specific experience: 5-7 years of experience in Data migration and IntegrationMicrosoft Dynamics Finance & Operation OR Microsoft Dynamics CE are a plusYou need to be of strong character and a strong communicator.Senior Project Engineer level experience on an Enterprise application implementation/migration projects.You will have previously demonstrated Project Management skills and experience coupled with some commercial & contractual acumenEnterprise Architecture, Master Data Management, Digital Transformation strategies & Product Lifecycle Management.Lead in launching strategies, programs, and services to help customers with complex challenges, improve operational performance, and drive towards digital maturity. Integration Lead Job Description As Integration Lead you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, planning, problem-solving and implementing all requirements to achieve integration and business results.You will also be responsible for migrating master data from Master data management (MDM) & Legacy systems to the new platform ResponsibilitiesOwner for all the integration requirements - Defining, Implementing, data analysis, data modeling, etc.Analyze and reach out to the implementation teams of relative applications required for IntegrationsProvide required data by understanding Target systems requirements and Source system capabilitiesWork with the “middleware” team to achieve integration between target/source systemsEvaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirementsMonitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and long-term success of the integrationManage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projectsEnsure that the final solutions meet organizational needs.
