This person is needed to develop/enhance large applications for clients that involve monitoring/managing external data feeds. Must have background utilizing SQL Server/T-SQL (SQL Server Integration Services), OO design principles, along with model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture, Entity Framework and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) experience Any Scrum/agile development and Jira experience is a big plus. TFS/Git source code control experience is desired. Experience with DevExpress WPF and MVVM Framework experience is ideal along with any Unit testing (nUnit or similar) background. Need to take ownership of the technical services work, like setting up new PCs shipped from our other office. Since there are four core applications in place, in addition to new development, this person needs to be open to developing in WinForms and VB.NET to enhance/maintain legacy applications. On a daily basis this person will be collaborating with a highly-educated workforce, with many people holding the "Chartered Financial Analyst" designation. At present, we do not have a business analyst in place, so the developer takes on that role. In this capacity, they will be working directly with users at all levels to define and document requirements. Need a self-motivated/starter to take ownership of full project lifecycle implementations. C# Software Engineer will need to design/develop detailed specifications for enhancements or modules of new systems that can be easily interpreted by the stakeholders. complex code and maintain continuous integrations and processes. This person will also be needed to enhance/maintain system-wide tests to continually improve our processes.
