Business Systems Analyst (Core Systems) 3

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Core Systems) 3. First day, Will meet with manager and IT development team, and start onboarding required coursesResponsibilities: In this role, the Business Systems Analyst will design, build, test and maintain requirements and/or user stories that contain business processes, including technology and process solutions Work closely with business stakeholders and various IT staff to orchestrate and/or document medium to high complex, multiple large application business processes Gathering and analyzing data or processes in support of business cases, user stories/epics and/or system requirements Develop solid business relationships with our internal business stakeholders Collaborate with multiple teams to determine requirement impacts to delivery task Review various task to determine requirement, process or delivery impacts As a Business Systems Analyst, you will clearly communicate business needs and bridge gaps between business stakeholders and IT staff Contribute to the entire implementation process Drive definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements Responsible for overall solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, and advanced performance tuning complex business processes and functionality Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives The Business Systems Analyst will be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections; Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating proceduresREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience and 1-2 years of business solutions experience with high complexity, multiple large application business processes Knowledge of programming languages, project management, and application or systems development methodologies. RFP, contracting and new business implementation may be required Intermediate SQL query skills Ability to investigate and triage issues related to bugs, requirement gaps, etc.Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
