Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for Business Systems Analysts to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our top Fortune 25 clients in Saint Louis, MO.Day to day responsibilities: Quickly pick up on the processes we are developing and implementing Business Systems Analysts will drive high level requirements gathering to hand off Partner with the ServiceNow team to understand how we will implement it based on high level requirements into acceptance criteria Create process flows (tool agnostic) and documentation of how we have implemented the process As a Business Systems Analysts, you will create training materials and classes Deliver training Be level one support and SME for ongoing supportREQUIREMENTS: Software Skills Required: Normal MS Office products, Visio, ServiceNow, and Workfront A go getter, humble, a great listener, collaborator, communicator, customer oriented, lifelong learner, critical thinker, accountable, professional, creative, agile mindset, and innovative Understanding of leadership level reporting and collaboration Leadership presence, facilitation skills Builder of new products and services from scratch Overall, a jack of all trades as this role will change and morph based on new demands from our customers This person will need to be willing to learn and take on new things outside of their role and change over timePreferred Skills/Experience: Project, program, portfolio, and intake/demand experienceKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
