The primary objective of the AnalyticsData Engineer is to help deliver this type of value through the pervasive use of DataOps principles to increase the velocityand accuracy of data delivery.o Develop and maintain dbt data pipelines, APIs & Python scripts to solve analytic problems.o Assist in creating comprehensive training programs and documents with the goal of creating effective end users forall advanced analytic tools. - OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: "Excellence is not an act, but a habit." We are adopting a DataOps framework to increase the velocity of our development and enable the organization to use their gifts to develop new features and datasets and lesstime on fixing them.o Protect the data pipeline! We run over 1,000 high quality data pipeline jobs each day, your mission is to work withour offshore team to monitor the production schedule, troubleshoot any failures, and ensure that the processesare running smoothly.o Monitor data quality and dig in deep to find solutions to problems when they arise.o Administer Snowflake security strategy and database management.- INNOVATION: Foster innovation by keeping abreast of emerging technologies and foster development of the team's skill.o Proactively identify processes that would benefit from system automation to improve the Decision Science teameffectiveness and increase operating efficiencies.o Research and test new technology solutions, assist in vetting architectural changes that would have to occur. tosupport enterprise adoption and determine impacts.o Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights.- CULTIVATE A DATA DRIVEN CULTURE: Evangelize Advanced Analytics and using data driven decisions to be a competitiveadvantage across the Post Holdings network through strategic leadership and guidance.
