Agile Product ManagerDuties: The Agile Product Management Senior Advisor will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join the Contact Center and Service Operations Product & Planning team supporting the Customer Engagement Systems Domain. This role will be focused on portfolio planning, relationship management, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery coordination. The incumbent provides counsel and advice to top management on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as the go-to person for the most complex assignments.Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, not required
• 5+ years work experience in Technology and/or Healthcare Business
• Agile Methodology and reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align, Pathfinder, etc.) preferred
• A high degree of comfort in a fast-paced dynamic/ambiguous environment
• Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Software Engineering Compliance, and our client Information Protection and Business Product teams
• Passionate member advocate with the ability to identify and meet customer needs within the agile framework
