Join our best-in-class team today through the following opportunity: ; Job Functions / Responsibilities Review New Product Designs for Manufacturability Provide Production Impact and Cost Analysis for New Product DesignsDevelop and refine processes for new product launchCreate or update SOPs, PFMEAs, and Layouts for new productMaintain and report status of schedule for projectsSpecify and procure necessary tools and equipment to support new productsActively participate in simultaneous engineering for new product development projectsPlan, define and implement the related equipment changes within the given time frame of the projectCoordinate with equipment suppliers for modifications to be outsourcedDefine equipment modifications with flexibility for future design and volume expansionUse best practices from the Manufacturing Engineering groupUpdate control documents per ISO requirements for new productDesigns and implements shop aids and fixtures ; Required B.S. Degree in Engineering (Prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)Proven problem-solving skillsExcellent technical, verbal, and written communication skillsProven ability to work self-directed in a project team environmentDemonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence othersAbility to work within deadlines to achieve goalsProven abilities in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on excel and power point3-5 years minimum manufacturing experience (exhibited process and product knowledge) ; Desired Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesExperience in a simultaneous engineering style project environmentExperience with CAD and/or CREO Paremetric ; Additional client information:
