Job Details

• MUST have experience with computer systems, servers, and other hardware as necessary
• Knowledge of HPE Server and Storage, Aruba Switches and Wireless, Watchguard Firewalls and Wireless, 3CX phone systems, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, VMware virtualization, Office 365, Veeam, and Barracuda is preferred, but not required,

• Strong ability to Follow direction of Senior Engineer personnel
• Ability to work with customers to resolve issues
• Lead and deploy projects
• Work with team to design and develop solutions for the customer
• Maintain Customer documentation
• Maintain internal systems to ensure updated and accurate information
• Maintain outgoing communications to customers, as needed
• Maintain certifications and acquire new certifications to maintain or build on company's partnerships
