Ledgent Technology is partnering with a local financial processing organization to identify a Software Analyst to facilitate the implementation of their new CRM system. This is a permanent position which will work remotely. Candidates must be local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area and must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Responsibilities
- Gather Business requirements to create and maintain business standards and nomenclature for new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with System coordinators to map data and create workflows to ensure a smooth transition from legacy CRM
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to communicate business needs, requirements, project updates, and potential issues proactively
- Analyze data sets
- Design, test, and deploy new solutions
- After migration and implementation are complete, serve as administrator for the new CRM platform, providing support, documentation, and facilitating subsequent system updates, changes, and upgrades
- Degree in technology or related field or related certifications or commensurate experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT, ideally with a focus in administration and software support
- Experience with database reporting
- Experience creating documentation for users
- Experience working with a variety of data file formats
- Analytical with attention to detail
