Skill/Character/ Qualifications:

Teachable and trainable

You must have, or had, some mechanical type experience with hand tools and in a shop.

Good communication/people skills

Basic computer skills

Good work ethic and track record is a must

Good references

Honesty and Integrity

Can lead/and follow/and work independently and in a group

Highly motivated, energetic and have a positive attitude
