Vacancy expired!
Looking for a retired gentleman who would enjoy the opportunity to help maintain 5 acres of manicured landscaping, as well as perform misc. tasks in our shop (cleaning, organizing, etc.) while we're away on job sites. There are always mechanical-type jobs as well - so knowing your way around a toolbox would be helpful.
-
The ideal candidate would
Be located close to Forest Lake.
Be retired, but still physically able.
Enjoy working outside and don't mind the heat.
Must know their way around a garden (spraying pesticide, pruning, trimming, fertilizing, planting, watering, pulling weeds, poisoning moles, etc.). This is a must!
Be able to safely drive a 1-ton truck with a trailer.
Have strong mechanical ability.
-
A dreamy candidate would be all of the above, and
Was able to weld with a wire feed.
Know a thing or two about general construction (electrical, plumbing, building things, etc.), as being an all-around handyman would be wonderful.
-
We've reached a point in business where it would be great to have a guy we can count on back at that shop. There's "always" something to do around here if you happen to be a jack of all trades, and someone who likes to keep busy.
I realize this is a vague job description, but hopefully, you get the idea. Reach out to us, tell us a bit about yourself. Perhaps this is the perfect job for you! Part-time, anytime. We're located in Forest Lake.
Short replies simply will not be replied to. Tell me about yourself. Are you retired? How many hours a week are you looking for? What is your desired range of pay? Where do you live? What type of skills do you have? Why do think you'd be a good fit for this position? What do you do for fun (outside of work)? Etc.
Joe
