A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with Electronics experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our electronic products meet the highest quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve quality issues, develop and maintain quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer will have extensive knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, testing and inspection methodologies, and quality control principles.

Job Details
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for electronic products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of electronic products and processes, including incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and performance indicators, and report on quality issues to management.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that their products and processes meet our quality standards.
  • Update and work with TFT's ISO 9001 system
  • Work with partner companies from throughout the world to review and analyze their quality data
  • Auditing, both internal and of supplier facilities
  • Work with and oversee internal reliability testing lab
  • Maintain quality documentation and records
  • Support Quality personnel in the follow-up and completion of corrective actions and reports
  • Complete quality forms and follow-up action items
