RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Performance Testing Engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN). There is an opportunity to work remote is available.Responsibilities include: Solicitation of non-functional requirements Performance Testing Engineer will be partnering with project teams to understand the critical business scenarios for performance scripting Planning and scheduling performance tests Performance Testing Engineer will be creating and executing performance test scenarios Monitoring application for performance bottlenecks or performance areas of concern Creating and analyzing performance test result reportsREQUIREMENTS: 6+ years of experience as a Performance Testing Engineer Strong expertise with LoadRunner and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) Strong understanding of UI and customer experience performance testing. Experience with test execution and script development Experience with creating and analyzing performance test result reports Knowledge about mobile performance testing Better knowledge about Splunk and Kibana Self-starter who can manage all assigned work independently Proven communication skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, a track-record of performance testing efforts while ensuring project milestones, and deadlines are metKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
