Duration: Contract through 5/24/2023, opportunity for extension

Overview:

• Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills during research and/or product development.
• Under the direction of the Engineer Section Head, provides technical direction to department engineers.
• Plans and coordinates large-scale engineering projects or several medium or small projects while acting as a technical specialist for a specific section.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of new developments and technology.
• Monitors projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency.

Targeting:

• Someone with master validation planning/reports would be helpful
• Strong background in IQ/OQ/PQs
• Targeting a strong manufacturing engineer who will be dedicated to project work- need a self-starter, someone who can self-manage
• Product type? Endovascular, neurovascular (1 million devices shipped a year, large portfolio) - anything from extruding resin to make the catheter shafts, making stents, and assembly
