We are looking to add PREP COOKS to our Team at La Grolla!

La Grolla is a long time neighborhood Italian Restaurant in Cathedral Hill, Saint Paul.

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications and experience -

- 3+ years of High Volume Prep Work Experience

- Have schedule flexibility and availability of Schedule - weekends, mornings, days, nights.

- Be able to execute prep work, maintain Par levels of Prep and be able to take instruction well.

- Be a team player, ability to work in a large team environment.

- Bring a positive attitude, energetic personality and respect for fellow team members and guests

- Be accountable and responsible for their role as a team member with Josefina

- Have a strong work ethic
