PAY: $15.00/hour PLUS a portion of the hospitality charge (service charge) collected on every guest check

SCHEDULE: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday (4 days), 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (30-40 hours/week)

Shift end time will vary depending on the needs of the business.

LOCATION: This restaurant is in downtown Minneapolis with nearby stops for the 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 17, 25, and 61 Metro Buses. There is no employee parking lot; only street parking is available.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Rinse and wash dishes, taking particular care with luxury glass and serving ware

Put away clean dishes and equipment in proper places

Maintain a clean and orderly space

Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures

Scrub and mop floors

Check chemical levels in dishwashing machines and inform chef team if low

Break down mats in the dish area including cleaning and drying mats and the floor underneath

Clean glass rack shelf at the end of each night

Change dishwashing machine water as needed

Assist FOH with polishing of clean glassware and silverware

Nightly check-in with Chef/Manager on Duty before the end of shift

RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES:

Enjuague y lave los platos, prestando especial atención a los vasos y vajillas de lujo

Guarde los platos y el equipo limpios en lugares adecuados

Mantenga un espacio limpio y ordenado

Siga los procedimientos adecuados de limpieza y desinfección

Fregué y trapee pisos

Verifique los niveles de químicos en las máquinas lavaplatos e informe al equipo del chef si son bajos

Limpie y seque las alfombras en el área de los platos y el piso debajo

Cambie el agua de la máquina lavavajillas según sea necesario

Ayude a FOH con el pulido de cristalería y cubiertos limpios

Consulte cada noche con el Chef / Gerente de Servicio antes del final del turno
