Duties and Responsibilities:

Comprehensive knowledge and use of standard carpentry tools and equipment.

Ability to lay out work as specified in drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to determine dimensions of structure of form to be constructed, repaired, or altered.

Experience with installation of door frames, doors, door hardware, cabinetry and other interior specialties.

Able to estimate time and materials needed to complete projects. Order materials in a timely manner.

Maintain and report material, labor and time costs to Project Manager.

Demonstrate standards for safety and performance on the jobsite.

Performs related work as required.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Vocational School

3-7 years of experience working as a finish carpenter.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Thorough knowledge of standard methods, equipment, tools and practices of the finish carpentry trade.

Skilled in the proper use of standard carpentry tools and equipment.

Technology literate

Ability to interpret and work from drawings, plans and blue prints.

Strong communication skills.

Possible travel for projects.
